Kaitangata Presbyterian Church
Formed in 1862, Kaitangata split off from Inchclutha-Stirling in 1889.
Lovell's Flat joined in 1943, than amalgamated with Kaitangata in 1963 to form the Stirling-Kaitangata Parish.
Early parish records were lost, in 1933, in a fire in the session Clerk's home.
The church closed for a year and restored as a community centre for the Kaitangata Church and Kaitangata Hall Committee 2019
