St Paul's Devonport
The Devonport church was built in 1866 on the corner of Church and Cracroft Streets and opened 1867. It was moved to the back of the site in 1890 to allow for extensions. Another church, St Paul's, was consecrated in Albert Road, with the church building on the old site becoming the Sunday School.
The old site was sold to the YMCA in 1956. The 1866 building was later converted into a two-storey house. The 1890 building was moved from the site and houses the Devonport Museum and Historical Society.
