DescriptionClose-up portrait of a young Meri Taka (later Mrs Meri Caton) standing outside of the Māori Theological College. She is dressed in her Deaconess clothing . The carved Māori arch/gate over the path leading into the building can be seen behind her.

Note: There appears to be some damage to the negative as there are white spots from loss of emulsion all over the image.
